  1. “This smearing of fellow-Jews is an abiding feature of far-right Zionist extremism“

Isn’t that exactly what this blog does? Or for that matter, this article as well?

BTW, the second picture seems to me like a snake not octopus.

    1. @ Joe Horrorwitz: First, there is a distinction between a Zionist and a Jew. Not all Jews are Zionists, not all Zionists are Jews.

And no, I don’t ‘smear’ anyone. And certainly not Jews. But Israeli extremists, nationalists, Islamophobes, genocidaires–I criticize them freely. And by ‘criticize’ I mean I carefully lay out their offenses and explain what they are and support my charges with evidence. That’s not a “smear.”

As an example: I don’t use anti-Semitic memes to criticize Bibi. I use his own words & actions. That’s legitimate criticism. Apparently, you can’t tell the difference.

And as for Milstein, it’s not a “smear” to note that he himself chose to use anti-Semitic memes to smear Soros. No one made Milstein tweet this garbage. He did it of his own free will. And deserves obloquy for doing so.

    1. @ djyosh: Oh I don’t know. Maybe it was his founding the Israel American Council, an Israeli American version of Aipac, designed to lobby on behalf of Likud policies. Or the hundreds of thousands in donations to pro-Likud, pro-settler projects.

        1. @ djyosh: Any Israeli-American founder of a group like IAC, funded by Sheldon Adelson is going to be a ardent Likudist, unless he supports parties even farther to the right. So yes, Milstein is a Likudist.

You are done in this thread.
