  1. Not to dismiss the post of or info about this case and judge, the blog you link to is an anti-women, anti-feminist blog. Their language is violent and also always side with the man.
In this case, they even call the accusation against this judge, “false accusation”.

    1. @Di Book: I know the blog. I do not rely on It as my sole source. It is not a credible source. But I linked to it because it was the only other published source, not because I relied on it. My other sources were directly from individuals.

  2. Richard,

I personally think you are a disgusting self loathing Jew, BUT kudos to you for printing what the media here won’t–hence why I visit your blog.

So even though I vehemently disagree with your positions, you are doing a great service by publishing what you do.

    1. @ right-wingie: I”m instituting a new comment rule just for you: don’t be an asshole. You are one. You won’t publish another comment here regardless what you think of me or what I publish here, good or bad.

      1. Thank you for the rule just for me. I consider it an honor.
you would really ban me because I dont like you personally?

I’ve actually sent a decent amount of traffic to your blog over the years since you are the only one to report on certain things……

  3. One should not be surprised at the rampant corruption of the Israeli judicial system. It’s part and parcel of an entire society mired in pay-to-play arrangements, self-dealing, and influence peddling. One hand washes the other. And only the poor and weak are held accountable because they don’t have the means to weasel their way out of trouble.”

100% accurate description. could not have said it better.

    1. LYIN’ LION: Get over yourself. First, there is no definitive confirmation that the charges are false. Second, a 15 year old girl may be an actual incest victim, and then be faced with the combined weight of family, police and prosecutors warning her of the gravity of what she’s done. Thus making her doubt herself.

You clearly haven’t a clue of what it’s like for sexual abuse victims. How painful the abuse is, and the aftermath of trying to get justice. Israeli men like you with your entitled attitudes disgust me. you have no empathy or decency.

I hope to God you or a loved one is not faced with such suffering. And if you had a daughter who was abused, I’m sure she wouldn’t tell you because you too wouldn’t believe her.

      1. The police obviously believed the girl to the extent that they made the arrest of her father, the judge.
Why would the police now want to undo their investigation?

Why would a Prosecutor risk his career and not charge these heinous crimes? Why not prosecute a schlemiel Family Court judge if the allegations were substantial? Who is Judge Sharabi anyway?

Police and prosecutors are notorious for getting criminal suspects to confess and for getting witnesses to fabricate evidence. Why is this case exceptional?

Richard. We both should admit that we don’t know much if any of the facts in this case.

        1. @Lyin lion: Once an accusation is made the police MUST investigate. They have no choice. But the police are notorious for closing investigations without bringing charges in sexual abuse cases. And in the few instances when they refer to the prosecutor the latter usually closes the Case with no charges brought. Very few such cases ever go to court let alone to conviction.

As for “heinous,” really? Who are you fooling? You’ve just discredited a girl who accused her father of rape. How dare you fake your concern over such crimes.

Male dominated police and prosecutors hate these cases. Add to that a judge is the suspect and it becomes impossible to get justice.

You’ve revealed once again your Israeli male privilege and misogyny, not to mention your ignorance of the Israeli justice system.

As for knowing the facts of the case, there is only one thing I need to know: #believeher. Try it.

No more comments in this thread.

    1. @ Simon: I do not believe he was charged. And I believe he is back on the bench. And btw, after this was published I received a notice from Google that it was removing the link to my post in all searches at Google’s Israel/Hebrew search engine, based on a demand from an Israeli judge that it do so.
