Are you accepting bids? These are wonderful!!!!!!!!!! I don’t think you need to worry about your ‘old age’ (retirement), Mr Silverstein!
It reminds me a little of one of my favourite cities, Oslo, with the fjord to the south, Frognerparken or perhaps Holmenkollen to the northwest and Sognsvannet and Maridalsvannet and either Nordmarka or Grefsenkollen to the north.
