  1. Hee hee, don’t worry Richard, I’ll be out of your hair soon. Ck has finally updated Jewlicious’s underlying blogging software and it’s moving along quickly one more. As a result, I will begin posting there again soon…

  2. “Oh frabtious day, kaloo kaley!” to quote the Jabberwocky.

I’ll even make you a deal: if you wish to stimulate some debate on your own posts at Jewlicious I’ll publish a comment or 2 there (if you have no interest in this that’s perfectly all right w. me). But only on one condition–that you promise not to publish more than one comment per post of mine.

  3. I found the post to be very interesting. The analogies were good. Nothing wrong with mixing a little philosophical and political thought with a little vegetation management. In my line of work, which has me fighting the effects of invasive weeds which can often destroy biodiversity, I do it all the time! We have a gorgeous aquatic plant now growing in East Texas, water hyacinth, which is taking over lakes and ponds and can double in numbers every 5 to 7 days, and another , salvinia molesta, which can grow from one plant to 60 million in under two months, and destroy all other life in a pond or lake!
