Like a scene in a Breughel painting, hundreds of desperate Gazans trample each other like animals for food at the GHF distribution site
The Financial Times published an investigative piece about the Boston Consulting Group (“Unlocking the Potential of Those Who Advance the World”), which devised the financial and logistics for the Gaza “humanitarian aid” operation run by the so-called Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF). For seven months of work building out the world’s worst aid effort, it earned $4-million. In addition to establishing GHF, it created its operational arm, the ironically named Safe Reach Solutions (SRS).
GHF has been a disaster. It has become (and probably was always intended to be), a method of control of the subject population. It is not a humanitarian project. It is a fig leaf that conceals Israel’s role in devising and implementing this horror show.
It is the equivalent of Theresienstadt: the Nazi “model camp” shown to the Red Cross whenever it sought to inspect one of its facilities. The difference here, is that at least the Nazis were careful and methodical in executing their sham. Israel and its collaborators are exposing their nihilistic cruelty for all the world to see.
As you can see from the image displayed here, it is barely controlled chaos. The starving hordes enter pens which lead them like cattle through a maze of metal barricades. For Israel, the operation offers an intelligence goldmine:
BCG’s humanitarian aid practice
…The Israeli army is leveraging the distribution system to access information….Cameras monitor distributions at each site…American analysts and Israeli soldiers sit in a control room where the footage is screened…The control room…is housed in a shipping container on the Israeli side of the Kerem Shalom crossing into Gaza.
…Cameras are equipped with facial recognition software. In live shots of the sites seen by the AP, some videos streams are labeled “analytics” — those were the ones that had the facial recognition software, said the contractor.
If a person of interest is seen on camera — and their information is already in the system — their name and age pops up on the computer screen…Israeli soldiers watching the screens take notes and cross-check the analysts’ information with their own drone footage from the sites…
…SRS’…intel team would circulate to staff a “POI Mugs Card,” that showed photos of Palestinians taken at the sites who were deemed persons of interest. The contractor said he [was] told by SRS to photograph anyone who looked “out of place”…he photos were also added to the facial recognition database.
American mercenaries “guard” the sites. They seem to play a dual role with the IDF, which controls virtually everything outside them. Both have sown terror within the starving Palestinians, desperate for a bag of flour to feed their families. Nearly 1,000 have been killed by sniper fire. The approaches, supposedly humanitarian corridors, are free fire zones.
The FT article quotes a (presumably) BCG source offering a disingenuous defense of the ethnic cleansing plan:
“There is no coercive element here and the plan is not incentivising people to leave. The 25 per cent is a ‘plug number’. The people of Gaza will decide. It is not a plan to empty Gaza.”
I wonder if the 25% of Gazans they projected would accept this bribe to abandon their homeland, saw themselves as part of a plug number? Reading this, reminds one how evil this plan was and how clueless its architects. To the company’s credit (or so they would have you believe), once senior BCG executives discovered this plan, they pulled the plug, severed their role, and fired the consultants who devised it.
BCG also arranged for McNally Capital, a venture capital firm founded by the scion of the Rand McNally map company, to provide start up capital in return for a stake in SRS. It released this statement which (purposely) doesn’t address the absolute disaster it helped created: “[We are] pleased to have supported the establishment of SRS as an important step toward meeting the full scope of the humanitarian need in Gaza.”
Tachlit Institute: Israeli origin of ethnic cleansing plan
[The Israelis] were also working on an exercise imagining Gaza after the war…BCG produced a complex financial model whose assumptions could be used for testing a range of scenarios, including one where large swaths of the Palestinian population were relocated out of Gaza…One scenario estimated more than 500,000 Gazans would leave the enclave with “relocation packages” worth $9,000 per person, or around $5bn in total.
As if people can be “persuaded” to give up their homes, their country, their families in return for a few thousands dollars. Even if they agreed, where would they go? What country would have them? Apparently, no one thought of that. Or if they did, they undoubtedly argued it wasn’t their problem to figure out; it was someone else’s.
The Institute defines its mission:
…To establish a moral society…to fortify Israel’s security, and to bolster its Jewish and democratic character. To realize this vision, we operate a wide range of initiatives to improve and strengthen Israeli governance, economy, security, and society.
It’s telling there isn’t a single word in its mission statement about Israeli Palestinians and the systemic discrimination they face. They’re not part of the Jewish or democratic character of the Israeli state. Just like those troublesome Gazans, who are interfering with the messianic redemption of the Jewish people in its eternal homeland; one bequeathed to it by God.
The Institute members who developed this plan included a tech entrepreneur and several former IDF officers who headed COGAT, the army’s military liaison in the West Bank and Gaza. According to media reports, this group conceived of the overall project in order to provide a day-after scenario which would permit Israel to control Gaza in perpetuity.
BCG also arranged for McNally Capital, a venture capital firm founded by the scion of the Rand McNally map company, to provide start up capital in return for a stake in SRS. It released this statement which (purposely) doesn’t address the absolute disaster it helped created: “[We are] pleased to have supported the establishment of SRS as an important step toward meeting the full scope of the humanitarian need in Gaza.” It’s an outrage that they would spout such utter nonsense.

Not only Israel but the Jewish people should liberate themselves from the burden of the memory of the Holocaust.
Where Auschwitz is invoked as an excuse for genocide and war crimes, Auschwitz as a symbol of injustice and suffering of the Jewish and other people is dying, is already dead.
At least there is increasing resistance to this obscene evil, not in the NATO West, but at least in the “global South”.
So I read today in the newsletter of german-foreign-policy.com: “While Israel’s former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert declares that he classifies the closed camp, which is to be built on the ruins of Gaza and will initially accommodate 600,000 Palestinians, as “a concentration camp”, around 30 states came together in Bogotá yesterday to take concrete measures against Israel and stop Western “exceptionalism” that ignores international law.”
I have ordered a book by the Indian Pankaj Mishra, “Die Welt nach Gaza” (The world after Gaza). For him, this declaration of moral bankruptcy is so drastic, apparently, that a new era is beginning for him.
Let’s see what this new era brings. Perhaps not what these fascists dreamed of. They have time and debt against them.
Not shocking whatsoever … too many similarities …too many cross linkages … torture is of all ages, see Medieval times. However lessons of Jenin 2002 were trained and implemented by U.S. Army in mock Arab villages in the Negev … Fallujah massacres and Abu Ghraib et all torture chambers … humiliating the Islamic faith during detention. Both America and Israel are now using proxies in terror acts. Second life for jihadists. Post 9/11 xenophobia and Islamophobia were utilized for populism and today’s growth of right-wing fascism. Squeezing the underprivileged. Well planned for any security state … MI6-CIA-Mossad … Manifest Destiny expansion of land – neo-colonialism. EU following Washington’s orders in proxy wars.
I suppose the shocking thing is not that Israel is deep into deliberate Evil, the shock is that the US is funding it and supplying the means to commit genocide. Upon reflection, maybe this second is not a shock either; The US has been involved in a non-stop genocide across the world ever since it was born.
The grief is that I am paying for all this and there is nothing I can do about it and our Congress is falling over itself to show solidarity with Israel, genocide or no genocide…Our Sen. Maria Cantwell posed for a group of 14 photograph with Netanyahu. The grief is that so many Jews, some I knew well I thought, completely and blindly support Israel.
There seems to be nothing that can make people feel shame and abandon their fast-held, misplaced, love for Israel, which of course emboldens Israelis to do exactly what they are doing.
