  2. No, Jackson was Chief of the General Staff. Same principle applies, though.

    Military jobs must be reserved solely for the competent. Smear campaigns against rivals are simply too damaging when everyone involved has to go on working together -and taking life and death decisions regarding each other- afterwards.

    1. Well, in case you haven’t noticed, Israeli politics are full of corruption. This includes army politics.

      What’s really sad is that most Israelis have already paying much attention to it, since it’s become how things work here de facto.
