Watch Mossad Assassination in Dubai.
Yesterday, I filmed a 30 minute interview with Bill Alford for his Moral Politics TV show about the Mossad assassination of Hamas leader Mahmoud al-Mabouh in Dubai. It’s a handy introduction to the many posts I’ve written on the subject and roves over territory like targeted assassinations, the Mossad’s trampling on the identities and rights of its own citizens, the U.S. connection to the crime, the impact of the Holocaust on Israel’s psychic and political life, and much more.
Well developed interview. Brilliant back & forth. The morality and debate need echoes through. Do more!!!
In one Moral Politics interview Richard Silverstein says he’s a Zionist. To most people this means he believes all of Palestine belongs exclusively to the Jews. It would have been good to ask him how he reconciles his Zionism with his other stated views. That not having been done, I’m asking now.
That’s not my definition of Zionism. I’ve written about this subject extensively in this blog. I suggest that you read further here & do a Google search in the site on terms like “Zionism.”
Well, perhaps there are fine distinctions here, but it seems to me it would strike the general viewer like it did me. Perhaps you could have explained what you meant. Anyway, I like overall approach.
Best wishes.
