“David Szady, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s former top counterintelligence official who ran the investigation of Mr. Rosen and Mr. Weissman, said in an interview Monday that he was confident Ms. Harman had never intervened. “In all my dealings with her, she was always professional and never tried to intervene or get in the way of any investigation,” Mr. Szady said.
The officials who were familiar with the transcripts, speaking on condition of anonymity because the issue involved intelligence matters, also said they knew of no evidence that Ms. Harman had intervened in the case.”

There is no case against Harman and any way you try to twist it, there will be no case against Harman. She will come out of this as the injured party , garnering sympathy from her district and reelection.

    1. Why would Harman intervene with the FBI? That would be stupid on her part & really get her in hot water legally. She would intervene at the political level with someone in Justice or the White House fr. whom the FBI takes his marching orders. Sorry, but quoting Szady isn’t impressive.

Calling Harman the injured party is like calling a pig a ballerina.

  2. I actually didn’t see the response on the previous posting.
There’s no need to get offended when someone has a different point of view.

  3. Why did AIPAC want Cong. Harman as Chm. of the House Intelligence Committee? Was she expected to betray the United States by giving American secrets to Israel?
After Jonathan Pollard, didn’t Israel promise not to spy on the US?

    1. Take it for granted, everyone spies on everyone else. Israel needs US support, and Israeli governments try to exert influence, in every way possible to them, open and covert.
