With the ever-present “special relationship” between the US and Israel, we were fools to expect anything else. Can you say “whitewash”? I knew you could!

I’d be willing to bet that a lot of thought has gone into the complete elimination of Turkey. If you’ve been following the Wall Street Journal and the Jerusalem Post, it seems clear that the long knives are out for Erdogan. Already his critics are claiming that his rhetoric has gone too far, he’s over the top, he’s merely posturing, he’s a closet islamofascist, etc..
Erdogan will surely complain when the composition of this enquiry is officially reported — how can he do otherwise? — and there will be whole armies of hasbarites ready to twist his words, quote him out of context, and in essence change the subject from Israel’s criminal behaviour to Erdogan’s radical Islamism — and therefore his and the flotilla’s links to terrorism.
In sum, it will be the goldstoning of Erdogan.
If Turkey is excluded, it is no doubt a snub in response to its refusal to vote in favor of additional sanctions against Iran.
Prime Minister Erdogan is not a “radical Islamist.”
How does having a retired Israeli Supreme Court justice make it more credible? If the Israeli Supreme court is anything like the US Supreme Court, it’s just filled with a bunch a bought off scumbag lawyers.
