What do you think of the plans of the official Palestinian Authority to name a street for the terrorist who killed 38 Israelis in the 1978 Coastal Road Massacre? This is not some individual humming a tune who is caught on camera…this is an official state body honoring a terrorist. Or is that "different"?

Do you mean to say that settlers who've stolen Palestinian land in Sheikh Jarrah & are singing the praises of a terrorist who killed 29 unarmed Palestinians at prayer is somehow less severe than naming a street for a terrorist who Palestinians happen to see as a hero? The day you get the settlers to see Goldstein for who he really was is the day I'll denounce the PA for naming that street for Al Mugrhrabi. Deal?

You have a point, bar kochba.
Gen Anthony "Mad Anthony" Wayne killed American Indians on orders from General George Washington. To ensure consistency, the monument to Mad Anthony, erected in Valley Forge National Historical Park by its

    Sponsor, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

This was the first monument constructed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at Valley Forge. The Pennsylvania Legislature appropriated $30,000 for the monument and established the Wayne Monument Commission to monitor the project. http://www.nps.gov/vafo/historyculture/waynemonument.htm

In Israel, Bibi Netanyahu is creating an office to "monitor Palestinian incitement" against Israel, whose mission will include ensuring that, among other things, Palestinian text books do not valorize Arabs who visited harm upon Jews. The Netanyahu regime has asked its emissaries in the US to lobby the White House to discipline Palestinians involved in the memorialization of Dalal al-Mughrabi.

Again, to be consistent, the White House should be asked to call to task the State of Pennsylvania and the Valley Forge National Historical Association, demand that the monument to Wayne be destroyed, and all textbooks in Pennsylvania and USofAian schools that glorify the deeds of Wayne should be rewritten with a view to creating "peace."
