Hopefully, they’ll privately take the report to heart, enact the systemic, tactical, and incidental review necessary to reform its methodology.

Improve.

So, it can responsibly defend the civilians of Israel.

  or
  
  2. Publicly grovel, but don’t make the improvements
  
  If they choose to not publicly grovel, and fail to make the improvements, that would be a bad outcome.

It looks as though the ‘Home Depot’ selected the color scheme. Otherwise the “foreign ministry” must have thought it was Halloween here in the U.S. (a/k/a “The Bank”).
