Political Zionism will use every avenue, every trick, every defense, every excuse, every rationalization to further its cause – much the same as did communism or any other ‘ism’. That what political movements do. They claim either moral or religious justification to kill. In this case they tell you that a few hundred women and children are not very important in the grand scheme of things. Of course, these women and children were not their women and children. Not IDF women and children or even women and children of US families related to the IDF. No! They were merely Palestinian women and children.

Shocking video, both the testimony and footage. Thanks so much for posting this, Richard. Now, if only most Americans were exposed to this testimony and real-live coverage of what Israel does on the ground. You have to go to the British press (the Guardian, Independent, BBC World News online), or online continental European media, or Middle Eastern news organizations, including Israel’s, to actually get some sense of what’s going on in the Middle East. This is part of the problem, Americans are (quite intentionally IMO) kept in the dark about the real on-the-ground reality of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Our media serves to obfuscate, distort, filter and frame the issue in a way that radically removes one from the actuality of what’s going on. We never really SEE anything, for christ’s sake. Americans’ access to international media and the internet is starting to change this (to the great consternation of the lobby, I imagine). When or if Americans start seeing this kind of stuff on THEIR television sets, the sort of poll numbers which continue to show a skewed bias toward Israel by the populace (which is already starting to change) would quickly invert themselves. I’m speculating a serious shift in popular opinion would only take a matter of months, maybe longer though. Come on Americans, get out of the dark!
