Jonah’s ‘City and Trains’

City and trains (Jonah Silverstein

City and trains (Jonah Silverstein

This is one of Jonah’s latest drawings. The green building is an art museum. The red cars are trains cars moving toward the train station (next to the museum). You’ll also notice a glass conservatory for displaying plants on top of the building housing a clothing store (to the left of the train station).

Future eco-friendly architect. Love the pic.

  2. Miriam says:

another exquisitely beautiful cityscape from your young man!..the significant detail, subtle colors and delicate drawings so such advanced and meticulous planning that it is quite extraordinary!

  3. Warren says:

Another artistic coup de grace. I daydream myself living in this Edenic city. To go out the front door every morning and be greeted with yellows, greens and pinks and a greenhouse and clothing store that share the same building! It’s a creative ecological vision of an urban-human landscape. And we so need a more artistic built environment. Give him a UN commission in some urban planning capacity. I see a definite style/aesthetic developing here with your son.

  4. @Warren:

Thanks to everyone for that praise of Jonah’s work. So nice to have his work appreciated so.
