    Nothing pure about that Cool Aid, Richard. ;)

    You’re absolutely right. It’s going to take actual (not feigned) humility from both sides to effectively make an end to this situation. The chest-thumping that all are currently engaged in is almost too ridiculous to not laugh at, but it would be tainted by too much bitterness and tears for all the lives lost to be worth it.

  3. Amir: You seem like a more peaceable fellow than the other Amir (Peretz).

    In Hebrew, that phrase is Im yirtzeh Ha-Shem (‘if God wills it’).
