    Nasrallah is a straight Lebanese traitor who has opened the door to the Iranian fascist regime to gain a foothold in Lebanon.

    He smelled good business. This is the anti-Midas touch, and Shia Lebanon is in ruins.

  2. I don’t find it useful to throw around epithets like “traitor” and especially when I’m not talking about my own country. Let Lebanese decide who’s a traitor & who’s a patriot.

    I too am cynical about Hezbollah & Nasrallah motivations. But Hezbollah has nowhere near the destructive power of Israel; so Israel’s actions are far more dangerous than Hezbollah’s.

    Interesting you should mention the anti-Midas touch. I was far more compelled by Billmon’s witty riposte to Israeli policy when he said that everything Ehud Olmert seems to touch turns to shit (Billmon said it far more elegantly & acidly than that). I wrote a post about it a day or two ago & quoted Billmon.
