		<description>hmmm no &lt;i&gt;out-of-wedlock births&lt;/i&gt;, so is he pro-contraception and pro-abortion for unmarried sluts who get themselves knocked up?  Surely he can't be suggesting all those women who get pregnant out of wed-lock marry the father (unless he's now a proponent of polygamy, since many of those daddies are already married and he wants no divorce) or have an abortion can he (having the baby and putting it up for adoption is still having a baby out of wedlock)?
